There are a number of ways that this orientation can be communicated. For example, one on one, in a small group setting, in a large group setting, and there are advantages to each. The large group setting is good for laying down ground work and tackling psycho-spiritual issues that affect just about everyone, such as the confusion of appearance (beliefs, attitudes, projections) with reality (existence/awareness/bliss), negativity, victim-consciousness, struggles with setting healthy boundaries, and inablility to control obsessive behaviors.
Small groups are effective for processing through mirroring, such as in the circle. One-on-one work is necessary for dealing with more personal issues and tough problem-solving. In addition, psycho-spiritual mentoring often needs some one-on-one time to establish a more intimate rapport.

This model is an alternative to the professional psychologist(clinical model), the conventional clergy (religious model), and the so-called "new age" practitioner (alternative model), many of whom often confuse the "non-rational" with the "irrational."
